Another hair cut for the little princess

Well it seems as though Emma's shampoo has miracle grow in it. This is her 4th haircut since the very first one she had back in March. Just wanted to share some photos and say a BIG Thank you to my niece Kirstie for always cutting Emma's hair and being such a great niece. We love you Kirstie or as Emma say Tirstie. Ha!Ha!

Emma's first Camping Trip

On July 10th we headed to Saranac Lake, NY for our annual family camping trip. This was Emma's very first vacation and very first time camping. She had a blast and did really well. Apart from the rain we had, it was a good time. Seeing Emma all dirty and just playing in the dirt and not having a care in the world was great. She also had her very first ride on a boat. She absolutely loved it! Every time we went out on the boat she would fall asleep.

Happy Birthday USA

What a great time we had this year with Emma on the 4th of July. We spent Friday with Robert's family to celebrate Amy's 30th birthday. It was a great day and Emma was able to experience sparklers (Thank you Uncle David) all on her own. She was so cute and not afraid at all. Saturday we went to a party at Uncle David's and Emma was able to again see fireworks and play on the slip and slide with the kids. Sunday was the best day of the whole weekend. We had a picnic with the Machado family and the kids played in the sprinkler and went on the four wheeler. Robert and I also took Emma to fireworks Sunday night and she loved them so much. Here are a few photo's from the weekend. Enjoy!

What a joy to have great grandparents

I just wanted to share a really nice photo of Emma and her great grandparents. (Gramma and Grandpa Allen) She is such a lucky little girl to have them in her life. Seeing them with Emma and how much joy and happiness they have when they are with her just makes our day.

"Nobody can do for little children what grandparents do. Grandparents sort of sprinkle stardust over the lives of little children."

Happy Father's Day

Well even though it rained Robert had a great day. Emma and I made him a big nice breakfeast in bed, then we visited my father and then Robert's father. Here are a few photo's of Emma's gift to her Daddy and a playful picture of the two of them yesterday. Robert hope you had a great day. Emma and I love you very much.

Celebrate good times

Well on Saturday we celebrated my mother's 60th birthday by having a big surprise party for her at my sister's house. She was so shocked when she walked in, I really thought she might pass out. I just wanted to share some photo's but most of all I wanted to just tell my mother how much I love her and how grateful I am for everything that she does for me and my family. Mom I hope you had a great day on Saturday. I love you! And also a big Thank you to my sister for all her help. Love you Heather!

Time just goes by so quickly

Well Emma is just growing so quickly. I can't believe she will be 14 months on the 24th it is just so crazy. She is talking so much now and just coming out with the cutest things. Lately she asks "WHY?" all the time and I said to Robert she's only 14 months not 2 why is she asking us "WHY?" all the time. Pesky is doing great and learning now that when Emma is to much he can just walk away where as before he would let her pick on him. Robert and I are doing well too, we celebrated our second wedding anniversary back on the 9th of June. Like I said the time just fly's by. Hope you enjoy us updating everyone and seeing new pictures of our family. Love to you all.
